About

b. 1986, HK.

I’m a learner. I love the process of learning about something new – an idea, a product, a company – and then figuring out how to communicate that to others with design.

I’m a team member. I love having a team to share and strengthen ideas with, to learn to communicate with the wide array of personalities I always encounter, and to add a little fun where I can.

I’m self-motivated. I love researching a project, working through a problem, managing multiple moving parts and deadlines.

I’m a branding and digital marketing designer living in Los Angeles. I currently work at Recruitics, an agency that uses tech to help a large roster of Fortune 500 and other companies with their recruiting efforts. As Recruitic’s first in-house designer, I refined and expanded their original branding, then later helped them to define an entirely new look (twice) when we rebranded ourselves.

Prior to that, I did editorial design at The Hollywood Reporter and Variety, two national award-winning magazines that report on the business of Hollywood. And before that, I was living in Boston and working for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt designing educational materials for integrated curricula. In and among those jobs, I contracted for agencies and designed integrated branding materials as a freelancer for small businesses.
